This headpiece is inspired by Cruella de Ville and the Disney film "101 Dalmatians".  I have one ready to ship.
 
A mini dalmatian puppy sits atop a flocked dalmatian print fabric.  There is a dotted black veiling attached to the fascinator.
 
It has a tuft of ripped veiling on top of the fascinator, as if the puppy had caused a dramatically fashionable mess.
 
It can also be made without the extra dramatic tuft of ripped veiling on top of the fascinator.
The base of the hat is approximately 10 cm wide and it is lightly padded.  It has two clips attached.
