INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We DO NOT collect VAT or custom fees at the time of purchase and you’ll be responsible for those fees. Failure to pay those fees might result in shipping delays or a return to sender. We cannot undervalue packages or mark them as gifts.
UK ORDERS, we require a minimum order of £135 or $187.50 USD. This is because of changes in UK shipping/custom rules. UK orders that don’t reach this minimum will be canceled and refunded.
1. Please know that we are packing and shipping orders of in stock items like JEWELRY, typically within ONE BUSINESS DAY.
We ship out of Los Angeles, California.
However, even though we get them out fast, USPS and other mail services are experiencing unprecedented delays. The backlogs in major distribution facilities are unprecedented and because of the backlogs some packages are getting stuck in these hubs or are not being scanned through these hubs, so it might seem as though your item is not moving, has not shipped, or is stuck in transit somewhere.
2.For made-to-order pieces, like our FASCINATOR HATS, they are made as ordered and we typically state the turnaround time in the listing. For hats, the turnaround time on these pieces is anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks. If you have a deadline for a headpiece or custom order, please let us now, we can typically accommodate rush orders.
3. For our international friends, customs is also experiencing significant delays, so your package that usually takes 2 weeks pre-pandemic, can take 4 to 6 weeks now, or in extreme cases may even take 8 - 10 weeks.
