A large sinamay swoop arches over a teardrop shaped base, which is accented with a gathering of black feathers on the base.  This window hatinator is accented with red and white ribbons, in a pattern reminiscent of the Union Jack.  It is further accented by Big Ben, a "BYE FELICIA" sign, and red, white, and blue feathers.  

This is a DRAMATIC hat perfect for all sorts of special occasions.  It is meant to be worn to the side of your head.  Let me know what side you will wear it on.
