You can choose the color of your hat, the color of the ribbon, and what color feathers you want.
The top hat is made out of light-weight, but sturdy buckram. This gives it a surrealist, avant garde see-through look to it. You can see how it is constructed.
It is meant to be worn upside down on your head. It has a hat elastic, meaning you can adjust the position to your liking.
It is accented by a wide neon-green ribbon and a peacock sword feather.
