What bloody fun!

This headpiece was inspired by the iconic scene from "Carrie", when Carrie gets a bucket of blood dumped on her head, and by the drag queen Raja's runway headpiece from the first episode of Rupaul's Drag Race.  It's perfect for any drag race fans, cosplay, or Halloween or horror events!

Pair it with a blood splattered dress for a complete look.  I have the dress available for an additional charge, contact me if interested.

An older version of this hat was voted "Top Toot of the Week" on Fashion Photo Ruview by Raja and Raven. It was also featured in several gay interest websites.

The hat is built upon a blocked pillbox hat, upon which a millinery wire support structure is built.  It is reinforced with double layers of buckram, lightweight thermoplastic, padded with batting, and covered with vibrant glittered L200 foam.

It is accented with knotted, sequin blood drips, kept in place with color matched, hand-mixed red glittered resins and tinted epoxy.  The sequins are heat treated and shaped so that they reflect the light in an unusual, more "liquidy" way.

It is lightweight and comfortable to wear.  It comes with an adjustable hat strap that you can wear under the chin or to the back of your head.  You can choose between black, skin tone, or white for the strap color.  If no choice is stated, the skin tone color will be the default.

Over 300 feet of sequins and 15 feet of wire are used.  Heavy machinery has been used to bolt the bucket into place.  The glitter has been sealed so that there is no glitter fallout.

A tulle fabric version is also available.
