This headpiece combines traditional millinery with a fun punk rock edge! It is inspired by British punk rock and the Sex Pistols song "God Save the Queen".
A large sinamay swoop arches over a teardrop shaped base, which is accented with a gathering of dark blue, red, and white feathers on the base. Centered in the window is a piece of art inspired by the iconic defaced portrait of Queen Elizabeth, edged in red gimp ribbon trimming. The portrait is "floating" on hidden wires and its position can be adjusted.
This window hatinator is accented with red and white ribbons, in a pattern reminiscent of the Union Jack.
This is a DRAMATIC hat perfect for all sorts of special occasions. It is meant to be worn to the side of your head, but you can also wear it centered on your head if desired.
The headpiece is lightweight, it attaches with a large hair comb, use a few bobby pins to attach it to your hair as desired.
