A lightweight Eiffel tower in gold or silver is attached to either a headband or a small hat base. It is made to order and It would be great for a French themed party, burlesque, for a costume, etc.!
It is available in several different styles.
1. It can come attached to a black satin headband with hand-stitched black spotted veiling.
2. It can come plain, without the veiling attached to either a black satin headband or a small fascinator base that comes with an elastic. Leave me a message as to your preference.
3. I also have another version that has a LIGHT UP Eiffel Tower with red, white, and blue flowers.
