This quirky, yet elegant fascinator headpiece was inspired by the beautiful eagle ray. It has a beautiful black and white spotted pattern.
It also doubles as a unique shade hat.
In the listing photos, it appears more flat, but the wings, tail, and body are molded and curved.
It is attached on adjustable wire to a black Alice headband, you can adjust its position and height.
I created this digital image myself, edited, and printed the image onto a stiffened fabric. The underside is white glitter, with mouth and gill accents.

It can be made without the eyes, in which it resembles more of a rose. All the eyes are the same color, with light pink and purple accents. Or I can put googly eyes instead if desired.
There will be slight variations in the product you receive due to natural variations in the feathers and materials.
It attaches with a hair comb.
