This bold fascinator was inspired by the Red Room from "Twin Peaks" and by some iconic outfits by the drag queen Katya. 
 
A black and white chevron patterned fabric covers the 13cm wide hat base and it is accented by red velvet ribbons as the "curtains".
 
It has hair clips attached.
