Shipping Got a Little Too Excited? We’ve Got You.

Sometimes our checkout gets a bit… ambitious and overestimates shipping—especially when you mix categories (think jewelry + stickers + posters + and/or apparel all partying in one cart).

If that happens, don’t worry. When we pack your order, we’ll automatically refund any shipping overcharge—no need to message us, no awkward emails, no carrier pigeons required.

We’re actively working on fixing this, but with thousands of items in wildly different shapes, sizes, and weights (tiny earrings vs. giant posters vs. oversize cult leader robes), things can get a little complicated behind the scenes.

A few helpful notes:

Orders with lots of lightweight goodies (stickers, enamel pins, essential earrings, posters) are the most likely to trigger an overestimate—but in reality, many of these can ship together for about the cost of one item.
If you order a large poster and a bulky item, we may need to split your order into separate packages.
In most cases, small add-ons like stickers or pins can hitch a ride in your package for little to no extra shipping cost.

Sticker-only orders (special option!):If you’re only buying stickers, we may be able to ship your order via stamped mail for a lower cost. If you’d like this option, please leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
